I am James, the author of James' Coffee Blog.
I am now using the plain text mode when sending emails. It's not a burden by any means. I seldom used rich formatting, other than perhaps for links.
I prefer writing in text. Text emails are earlier for me to read and navigate.
Thank you for your kind words, James!
Feel free to make any contributions! I don't have a guide on what should / should not be in the library but, generally, any building block that could be applied to multiple IndieWeb apps or that implements a spec would be a great addition!
The third one is Caffeine Magazine I believe. I'm not sure about the others :)

I will start the day with an iced coffee and make my way onto warm coffee. I have a great Indonesian coffee that I'll brew up today.

What an interesting post! I love the idea of sharing your goals on a website so you can come back to them later!

Thank you for sharing! I had not seen that website. I tried to get a CSS-only retro theme working that looked like the one I made with some HTML changes but it proved to be difficult. It's most likely possible, however! CSS is powerful.
